Basic Skills (for +22weeks, entry level for dogs not attending PKGTN ) - Level 1 (Sunday Class)
Learn how to teach your pup the basic skills required for everyday life, dog must have some basic skills for this session. Ideally you will have completed PKGTN with us, but this is not required 4 Week Course/1 hour per week Cost $125

About the event
Basic Skills - Enhancing you dogs desire to work with you is key to establishing good training practices and instilling key life skills for your dog.
The course includes an introduction to training, training techniques, how and why science based training works.
Skill based activities include, focus and attention work, impulse control, loose leash walking, recall and much more.
Additional video support and homework sheets are emailed to help you on your journey with your new pup, and can be shared with members of you household.
Successful completion (minim of 75% attendance, 3 out if 4 lessons) of the course and the follwoing Basic Skills Level 2 course will grant you access to The After Skool club activities.
This course will help you in developing your dogs skills around a number of areas including Impulse Control, Polite Greetings, Loose Leash Walking etc. This course also inlcudes an introduction into dog body language.
The follow on course from this is Basic Skills Level 2
Pre-requisties
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations (Vet Certificate required this includes Bordetella) a copy of the vaccination should be sent in advance of class.
Dogs must be house/toilet trained.
Dogs must be able to work on leash with other dogs in the area, (if you are looking to 'socialize' your dog, please contact us - before booking)

Max 3 dogs per class, may include outdoor work.
