Dogs must be imprinted on the Wintergreen/Pine and Thyme 4 Week Course/1 hour per week, Sunday Nov 22nd, Dec 13th, 20th and Jan 3rd Cost $105 per dog (4 sessions), or $30 per dog drop-in session Feb 28th, March 14th, 21st and 28th (no class March 7th as there is a workshop)

About the event

Existing clients or those who have already taken scent classes else where and are known to host.

Dogs must be imprinted on all three odours, and understand interior (area) searches.

Class will focus on challenging hides, handler skills and games. Allowing the dogs to work through distractions as well as different hide locations.

This may involve dogs working from vehicles. We will utilize outside as much as the weather permits

There must be a minimum of 2 dogs in the class, as the number of dogs increases the duration of the class will extend (3 to 4 dogs is approx 1 hour). Drop in sessions must be booked before close of play on the previous Friday.

Cost $105 per dog (4 sessions), Drop-in $30 per dog

Minimum # of dogs 2

Learn from experienced and trained instructors.

Instructor: Sharon Needham, Sharon has worked and trained in various different canine nose work applications including Sporting Detection Dogs Association, SDDA (1 dog currently at Excellent Level, 2 pups just starting), Canadian Kennel Club, CKC Scent Detection, K9 Ratting (Adv level), CKC Tracking (Tracking Dog title), some Human Remains Detection, (HRD) experience.
