About the event

Fit for Purpose: Joint Health & Functional Fitness

What is canine fitness?

Canine fitness is about building the strength, stability, balance and body awareness your dog needs for everyday movement and activity.

Why joint health?

Strong muscles help support and stabilize the joints. This four-week program uses controlled, low-impact exercises to develop the muscles around the hips, elbows and other joints, while improving balance, proprioception and overall movement quality.
