About the event
Welcome to the world of Rally Obedience, where tradition meets fun! Rally is a great sport to help handlers build a better connection with their dogs.
This introduction level will set you up to decide if you want to take the skill set further, you may not want to compete - but you can still have a lot of fun with it.
This course will be a mix of online (Zoom) and in-person lessons, first lesson online.
The rest are intended to be in-person will be held outside (incliment weather may push us to online).
Lessons will teach you about the sport, as well as give you practicle exercises to work through with your dog.
The course aims tp give you a taster and to bring you to a level where you can join the the competivie stream, that runs Sept - May (approx) with sppporting workshops and trials throughout the year.
Pre-requisties: Pups/dogs must know sit, down and have some ability to walk on a loose leash (they do not have to be perfect, walking with a lure is accepyable to start).
You are welcome to bring crates and a lawn chair to inperson classes.
This class will continue online should a lockdown occur
