Attention all Humans..

This workshop is designed for both dogs and their handlers. Simple techniques for age old problems of jumping, loose leash walking working and working with distractions, meeting other dogs. Training is provided in a positive and reinforcing manner.

Session 1 Covers: 

How dogs learn -The importance of the Marker

Gaining Your Dogs Attention

Polite Meet & Greets

Q&A

Session 2 Covers:

Nussiance behaviours (barking, counter surfing, jumping)

Impluse Control / Self Control

Stays with Distractions

Q&A

This is a 4hour workshop split over two weekends the 2nd part will be delivered on Spetember 11th at 1pm to 3pm

Dog and Handler will have aspects of their training reviewed and suggestions made where and how to improve.

Each session will have Q&A session

Learn in a fun environment, with experienced instructors.

Please know our classes are small to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.

If you ware worried about bringing your pup, audit psots are also available.

Requirements

Your pup must be over 6months.

Please note dogs should be on flat buckle collars or harnesses and have a 4-6 ft leash (No shock, e-collar, choke, prongs, slip leads, head halti or flexi/extendable leads). 

Please note you will need provide proof of vaccinations (for your dog), including Bordetella (Kennel Cough).

Instructor: Nancy Trus is one of our fantastic instructors, Nancy has been working with animals all her life and has over 20 years experience in teaching K9s. Her passion is therapy dogs, she is an active member of Therapeutic Paws of Canada. She regularly teaches Obedience skills at all levels and includes Rally Obedience!

Cost of each session individually $60

Cost $110 Working Spot (price is for bothe session 1 and 2).
