About the event
The course aims to provide an early foundation for future training, allowing both handler and pup to become accustom to training and the skills involved. Teaching fundamental skills that will help you and your pup.
Including socialization techniques and methods, introduction to impulse control work, how to build that recall as well as traditional skills such as Sit, Stay, Down etc.....and lots more.
The course aims an understanding of the importance of bite inhibition, is mouthing appropriate? Topics include dealing with new situations to form a positive association - set your pup up for a great start in life.
This course is supported by homework sheets.
Pre-requisties
Dogs must have had 2nd set of vaccinations and must have Bordatella, proof required
Dogs must be toilet trained
Dogs must be dog-to-dog and dog-to-human friendly
Please note the follow on course for this will open two weeks into this course
