By calming both our bodies and minds, we can strengthen our bond with our furry friends. Focusing on our breath and releasing tension helps establish a comforting atmosphere for them. Remarkably, dogs are adept at interpreting our body language, often understanding our emotions even better than we do ourselves.
Come chill with us with or without your pup for a morning of zen and good vibes! We’re diving deep into the mystical world of Chakras, starting from the Root Chakra and soaring up to the Crown Chakra. Each energy hub is like a little whisper about what’s out of whack in our lives and the lives of your dogs. We’ll unite for a magical guided meditation and zap away any funky energy with some Reiki and BodyTalk.
