TRIAL OPENS ONLINE (on the TailwaggersK9Sport website) : 8am May 24th 2021 (confirmation of place is via receipt of invoice, payment is requested within 24hours. Please do not send any monies until you have your invoice). Invoice can be paid through Paypal (preferred) or e-transfer to TailWaggers.K9Sport@Yahoo.com

Trial Location: Alice & Fraiser Recreation Centre, 1 Henan Rd, Pembroke Judge: Norm Dressler Trial Chair & Secretary: Sharon Needham

Trial Start Times: 0900 hours to 1700 hours (approx) All timings are approximate and all be finalized with the running order. 

Games Offered: Distance, Speed, Ariel (High-Fly & Fly) and Team 

Run Order will be: as listed above

Check in time: Covid Rules Apply - no formal check in All timings are approximate and all be finalized with the running order.

Closing Date for entries: Jul 1st 2021 0900hrs or earlier if trial reaches full capacity (trial will be cancelled if there is not enough entries)

FEOs: FEOs may be offered if time allows on the day, or if trial does not reach capacity by Jun 12th 2021 - please email if interested.

Cost: $20 per game ($15 per dog for Team) 

Registration: is through the website, click event registration https://www.tailwaggersk9sport.com/events Payment: Preferred payment is through PayPal (please note you do not need a PayPal account to use this system)

Cancellation Policy: If the event is unable to be held due to Covid restrictions: a new date or a refund will be offered. Refunds up to 0800 hrs Jul 1st will be honoured with a $15 administration charge Refunds post 0800 hrs Jul 1st only if spot can be filled a $15 administration charge will occur, if monies are refunded. No refund for cancellations post 0800 hours Jul 8th 2021 800hrs Full refund for medical cancellations with vet certificate or at the discretion of the Trial Chair.

Ribbons Q Ribbons will be issued post each run (self serve) Title Ribbons & Championship Ribbons will be issued at the end of the component (or by the discretion of the Trial Chair)

Additional Information

- We will follow whatever Covid Restrictions are in place at the time of the trial. -  When you register you will receive a notification that your registration has been received. This is NOT confirmation that you have a place on the trial. Due to the speed that trials fill at, applications will be taken in the order they are received. If you are in the trial you will receive an invoice. If you are not in the trial you will receive an email advising that you are on the wait list. -  Second dogs allowed - not allowed in speed & team. -  Awards will be Q ribbons, Titles & Championship ribbons, any additional as perdiscretion of the Trial Chair. -  Dogs will be crated outside (large area grassed area) -  There is the possibility of horses being at the location (currently not scheduled butthings change) -  Running order will be determined no later than Jul 8th and issued via email. -  Volunteers welcome, please contact us at TailWaggers.K9Sport@Yahoo.com -  SDDA rules and TailWaggersK9Sport Good Conduct rules apply -  No unofficial scents permitted on trial location. -  See SDDA website for rule book, https://www.sportingdetectiondogs.ca -  Dogs must be on leash at all times. -  No retractable leashes. -  Handlers are responsible for their dog and the actions of their dog at all times. Anydamage caused to any property due to the dog is responsibility of the handler.By registering I certify that I am the owner or legal owner of the dog entered in the SDDA sanctioned Sporting Detection Trial. I accept full responsibility for all statements

made on this entry form and for the dog’s participation in the trial. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry I agree to be bound by the regulations of the Sporting Detection Dogs Association and any additional rule and regulations put forth regarding this specific event. I agree to hold harmless the SDDA, the judge, Tailwaggers.K9Sport, Alice & Frasier Recreation Centre and volunteers and employees acting on their behalf, for any loss, damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors and handlers or any of their dogs or property. I agree to assume responsibility and agree to indemnify and hold blameless the SDDA-Judge, Tailwaggers.k9sport and their volunteers and employees for any claims actions or lawsuit resulting from my participating in this event.
